I have always been a fan of Jerk Chicken, in many forms and from many different vendors but when I tried Alwins Jerk Chicken and Jerk Sauce I was very impressed. Good depth of flavour, not too spicy that it caused offence but enough to know that you are eating a traditionally made sauce that ticks all the right ‘jerk’ boxes’
